Residents of La Pastora in Lopinot are beyond frustrated over deplorable road conditions in their area.
Pipeline works are in progress to boost the water supply, but for some, it's bitter-sweet because they say the heavy machinery being used has made the situation worse. It has even driven one resident to tears.
