Taking on concerns frontally, the Prime minister appeals to the PNM's Toco/Sangre Grande supporters to give his party the majority nod in the marginal corporation, come August 14th.
He met with them for Conversations with the Prime Minister at the Guaico Secondary School on Tuesday night.
