The President General of the Seamen and Waterfront Workers' Trade Union says, the Government should take example from the kind of wage increase being offered by private sector companies like WITCO to its employees.
The Government insists it cannot afford to offer more than a four percent wage increase to two collective periods from 2014 to 2019.
