No target group has been left out of the 12th Malaysia Plan (12MP) mid-term review, says Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.
Ahmad Zahid also said allocations were well-balanced between urban, outskirt and rural areas including in Sabah and Sarawak.
