Work to deliver a vital new link road in Wigan is nearly complete thanks to homebuilder Northstone. Now well underway delivering their Tulach development at the former Pemberton Colliery, Northstone has nearly completed the construction of a new link road that will ultimately connect Billinge Road to Smithy Brook roundabout. It forms an integral part of the new community and is part of the wider strategic M58 link road scheme being brought forward by Wigan Council.
