FLAMBARDS was an ITV television period drama set during the early 1900s adapted from K.M. Peyton's best selling trilogy of novels consisting of 13 episodes. The series begins with orphaned heiress Christina Parsons arrives at FLAMBARDS to stay with her Uncle Russell & two cousins Mark & Dick. FLAMBARDS embarks on an embracing adventure set during an era of great political & social change from 1909 to 1918. This memorable soundtrack provided by David Fanshawe captures the spirit of this marvelous series magnificently.
