There are some disgruntled fisherfolk in Tobago.
The All Tobago Fisherfolk Association says, it was not invited to recent talks with officials responsible for fisheries management in T&T and Barbados.
According to the Association, the talks focused on perceived over-fishing of flying fish in T&T's waters.
