Recipe Dessert

Ingredients: 
For the crepes : 
 - 2 cups flour 
 - 4 eggs 
 - 2 cups milk 
 - 2 Tbsp oil 
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract or rum 
 - 1 pinch of salt 
 
For the lemon curd : 
 - 1 organic lemon 
 - 4 eggs 
 - 1/2 cup sugar 
 - 1 ounce corn flour 
 - 1/3 cup butter
