The main suspect in Tobago's 11th murder is now assisting the Police with investigations, after he reported the crime to the Shirvan Road Police Station. The deceased is Jenelle Thomas-Stowe , a mother of two whose burnt body was found on Gleneagles Drive in Mt. Irvine.
