Police have said orange netting was responsible for a fire scare at Blackpool Tower as man was arrested on suspicion of breach of the peace.
On Thursday afternoon firefighters said they were in attendance at a fire at Blackpool Tower and warned people to avoid the area surrounding the iconic landmark.
