Contractor Gerad Williams is calling on the Tobago House of Assembly to pay him outstanding monies, after he was contracted by the Division of Tourism to carry out work which has since been completed some eight months now.
Mr. Williams told TV6 News the situation is so bad that he has resorted to hiding his personal items which are now up for repossession by financial institutions in Tobago. More in this report.
