http://BobGaronTraining.com Tonight at Kettlebell Kamp we had a wall sit contest. 8 willing participants decided to give it a go. Marie was the amazing overall winner and Gabby earned second place. These ladies wall sat for over 22 minutes before their legs buckled. The men didn't last past 3 minutes. Great Job Marie and Gabby!!! Marie won a both of virtual healthy eating grocery shopping tour with me as well as a private training session. Gabby won a private training session with me. They were 11 hours and 34 minutes shy of the Guinness World Record holder for Wall Sitting. Ooooooh! Sooooo Close. :) We'll try again next week. LOL!
