A homeowner who lives at Fairways on Walker Lane, Preston, has said his repeated requests for traffic calming measures or speed bumps and a salt grit bin at the end of Wychnor/Walker Lane has fallen on deaf ears even after he has witnessed near fatalities and captured a car crashing into his wall on CCTV.
