Um forte tremor de terra de magnitude 7,1 atingiu a fronteira entre a China e Quirguistão, na manhã desta terça-feira (23/1). De acordo com o Serviço Geológico dos Estados Unidos, pelo menos 4 pessoas morreram e outras 50 ficaram feridas.
