United States National and Retired Judge Ray Funk has been given his Chaconia Silver Medal at President's House. He was unable to travel to T&T in 2023 for the National Awards, where he was originally suppose to receive the award.
Following the short ceremony on Tuesday, he spoke about his continued love for this country and its culture.
