House officials bare 'half a billion' online attacks
House of Representatives Secretary General Reginald Velasco and Office of the Secretary General Director Arnold de Castro admit to media on Thursday, March 14, 2024, that the House website has been attacked nearly "half a billion times" as of March 13 based on their internal monitoring. Velasco assured the public, however, that the attacks have been checked and no malicious activity on the website has been detected.
