Prime Minister Rowley is defending his officials trips abroad and the money spent on those trips.
The Opposition has slammed over 10 million dollars being spent on Dr. Rowley's travels.
But, Dr. Rowley says he's this country's number one salesman, and the trips and expenses are worth it, as they benefit T&T.
