The parents whose baby died on April 22nd at the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the Port of Spain General Hospital are baffled by statements that an independent autopsy was ordered to be done by another Regional Health Authority.
They are also concerned about the distancing of their baby's death from those that occurred earlier in April.
