On day two of the Energy Chamber of Trinidad and Tobago's Caribbean Sustainable Energy Conference at the Hilton Trinidad, there was a call for a feeding tariff for roof top solar panels for the generation of electricity in this country.
One consulting engineer said that would, in the first instance, reduce the cost of those solar panel systems as he spoke about a UNDP programme which has seen the installation of such systems at different sites locally.
