The New South Wales government is hoping to spark a home building spree. It's releasing new land for up to 30 thousand dwellings and it's spending more than 5 billion dollars to find homes for the state's most vulnerable people. There are no cash handouts in today's state budget but there is a plan to make GP visits more affordable.
