A $3.956 Billion budget for the people of Tobago was presented by Chief Secretary Farley Augustine in this his third and final presentation as Finance Secretary. The budget was read at the Assembly Chamber on Monday and took three hours twenty-eight minutes. Held under the theme Unlocking Tobago's Development Potential.
