Scotland competed in the World Schools Debating Championships in Belgrade. 68 countries took part.
Scotland was represented by 5 pupils: Sophie Hannigan, Miya Turner, Logan Moss, Callum Hendry and Lena Zielinska. These pupils are from Broxburn Academy, St Columba’s School, Dollar Academy and Portobello High School. Over the last few months, they trained extensively with their coaches for this prestigious competition.
