The trough or extension of Typhoon “Yagi” (formerly “Enteng”) and the southwest monsoon may continue to bring rainy conditions to a large part of Luzon over the next 24 hours, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Wednesday afternoon, Sept. 4.
