And the battle is on for the top dog in local distance running. For now Alex Ekesa has shown that he is the man to beat following the completion of the RBC 15K and 5k road races. Ekesa showed that he is capable of widening the lead over Nicholas Romany in the longer distances despite a mishap which nearly saw him disqualified on the circuit.
