Tropical Storm “Kristine” (international name “Trami”) slightly accelerated and is poised to make landfall in Isabela on Wednesday evening, Oct. 23, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
In the PAGASA’s 11 a.m. bulletin, the center of Kristine was located 200 kilometers east of Casiguran, Aurora, or 255 kilometers east of Baler, Aurora.
