In North Carolina, Harris pledges to give everyone a seat at the table
Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris told a raucous crowd in North Carolina that, "Unlike Donald Trump, I don't believe that people who disagree with me are the enemy."
She said, " He wants to put them in jail. I will give them a seat at the table."
More than 70 million Americans have already cast ballots, according to the Election Lab at the University of Florida, below the record early-voting pace in 2020 during COVID-19, but still indicating a high level of voter enthusiasm.
