With just hours to go before election day, Kamala Harris tells a crowd in Pittsburgh momentum is on the side of her campaign as she emphasizes the role Pennsylvania will have on the outcome of the election on Nov. 4, 2024. Harris focused her message on energizing supporters to campaign on her behalf given the critical impact Pennsylvania could have along with Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, Georgia, Nevada and North Carolina. Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin had served as a 'blue wall' for Democratic candidates for a generation. But, in 2016, Trump narrowly carried all three, fueling his upset victory over Democrat Hillary Clinton.
