Former Bureau of Customs (BOC) intelligence officer Jimmy Guban left this question on the minds of solons during the House quad-committee (quad-comm) hearing on Thursday, Nov. 7.
In an emotional outburst during the hearing, Guban, an inmate at the New Bilibid Prison (NBP), blasted the Davao mafia for his fate as well as that of fellow quad-comm witness, dismissed Police Col. Eduardo Acierto, whom the previous Duterte administration allegedly placed a bounty on.
