Ruru has shared gripping footage capturing a glimpse of the recent fire that engulfed the edge of the runway at Sydney Airport.
Reports indicate that the fire was triggered by a forced emergency landing following an engine failure on a departing Qantas flight.
Ruru filmed the video from a safe distance, though those aboard the flight must have been overwhelmed with stress.
It was reported that the pilots circled for a while before executing a safe landing.
