Wario and Waluigi hatch a plan to sneak into the Mushroom Kingdom and steal its treasure—without alerting Mario and the gang. They break into the castle under the cover of night, but things quickly go off the rails.
Wario, feeling lazy, decides he just wants to relax instead of stealing anything, much to Waluigi's frustration. The two get into a loud argument, which echoes through the castle halls.
Hearing the commotion, Mario and Luigi spring into action to find the intruders. Mario performs a BLG (Backwards Long Jump) into the treasure room and catches the bumbling thieves red-handed.
He promptly kicks them out of the castle, and they both fall into a nearby pipe. As they tumble through, Wario starts crying while Waluigi sighs in disappointment, unimpressed with how their big heist fell apart.
