Francis receives new electric Popemobile
Pope Francis receives a new fully electric open Popemobile directly from Mercedes-Benz CEO Ola Kallenius during a ceremony at the Vatican. The new vehicle, an EQG 580 fully electric, was developed by Mercedes-Benz, tailored specifically to meet the Pope’s needs. It features a rotating seat and dedicated platforms for the Pope’s security.
