In a post-apocalyptic world where a virus has transformed most of humanity into vicious vampires, daylight is humanity's only enemy. The remaining survivors struggle to find safety as the infected lurk in the darkness. Thomas Rourke, a lone warrior, heads into a small town where he meets Sam Sheridan and other survivors. Together, they seek refuge in an abandoned police station, but their hopes for safety are shattered when a massive vampire known as "The Alpha" leads an attack.
As Rourke and the survivors plan to escape using a cargo plane to a larger colony, they must face off against the relentless vampires and a dangerous betrayal from within.
