The founder of e-commerce platform FashionValet, Datin Vivy Yusof, and her husband, Datuk Fadzarudin Shah Anuar, who are facing criminal breach of trust charges involving RM8 million in investment funds from Khazanah Nasional Berhad (Khazanah) and Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB), were granted temporary release of their passports by the Sessions Court in Kuala Lumpur on Tuesday (Dec 31).
