In the dark depths of Eggman’s Lair, two notorious villains—Bowser and Dr. Eggman—are working on their next big plan to destroy the Mushroom Kingdom once and for all. Together, they design and build a powerful robotic being: Weegee, a corrupted mechanical version of Luigi, with devastating power and a blank, haunting stare.
Hours later, the lair is silent as Weegee powers up. With a chilling hum, the lights flicker back on—Weegee is alive.
Using a boat, Weegee sails to Green Hill Zone, where he unexpectedly encounters Sonic. Weegee instantly attacks, but Sonic’s speed saves him from danger. Sonic escapes just in time as Weegee enters a mysterious pipe connecting the Sonic and Mario Universes.
Emerging in the Mushroom Kingdom, Weegee begins to charge up a massive energy beam capable of wiping out everything in sight. He grows to a giant size, looming over the kingdom and preparing to strike.
Just then, the heroes arrive. Sans uses his telekinesis to lock Weegee in place, freezing his movements completely. In a flash, Sonic rushes in at lightning speed, zipping across Weegee and launching a flurry of high-speed attacks. With one final hit, Sonic shatters Weegee’s core, and the robotic monster collapses in defeat.
Back at the lair, Bowser and Eggman watch in disbelief. Their most powerful creation has been destroyed. Eggman clenches his fists, while Bowser roars in frustration—once again, the heroes have won.
