Mark Handley and his family opened their first chippy on the island in 1981.
Serving fish and chips for nearly 44 years, the Handley's are the best in the business for what they do.
Chips cheese and gravy has not always been a trending dish.
Chippy boss Mark said: 'You never seen it at all in the first decade of doing it, then all of a sudden we've seen it developing. We used to grate our own cheese, then we had to buy it grated because we couldn't keep up. It's really grown more popular the last 10-15 years.'
