From the Fabricio Ojeda endogenous nucleus, in the Sucre de Catia parish in Caracas, the Head of State expressed that this fourth “T” of the Seven Transformations Plan (7T), “is an offensive to start the period 2025-2031, a victorious offensive, to activate T number 4, the great social transformation for equality, well-being for life and good living”.
