Ecuador | Authorities announce runoff election next April 13th with over 90% of votes counted

In Ecuador, citizens went Sunday to the polls in the first round of the general election, with over 92% percent of the votes counted. Candidates Luisa Gonzalez and Daniel Noboa will go to a runoff next April 13th.
