A frontal system will bring rain across Northern Ireland and into western Scotland with a Yellow warning for snow and ice out across southern Scotland, starting early Tuesday morning. Winds are also set to increase in westward fringes of Scotland. A touch of frost overnight, mainly in a central band through England.
