Mainly medium and high level cloud cover the UK this evening and overnight although some areas, especially across England could see some clear spells. The UK to remain largely dry overnight apart from the odd shower in central and western Scotland. A frontal system is due to bring outbreaks of rain and milder temperatures to the far southwest of England by the early morning. A patchy frost expected overnight for the rest of the UK.
