Despite the inexplicable rotten tomatoes and imdb scores, this film is worth seeing. Personally, I had a fantastic time seeing the film. It's a new addition to the sci-fic genre, adding to the likes of Star Wars, Star Trek, and others with which we're all too acquainted. It's unusual to have such a diverse foreign ensemble in a film, and they provide so much variation and complexity to the film while maintaining such a strong sense of cohesion that it's truly remarkable.
