Mailap si Marbil sa pagsagot kung convoy nga niya ang sangkot. Pero ipinagtanggol niya ang karapatan aniya ng pulisya na gamitin ang busway kung may emergency sabay batikos sa mga tauhan ng DOTr na naglabas ng video ng convoy.
