DOJ on ICC warrant
Justice spokesman Assistant Secretary Mico Clavano tells reporters on March 10, 2025 that his department has not received an arrest warrant against former President Rodrigo Duterte. He said the Philippines is no longer a member of the International Criminal Court, thus it may opt to forgo the usual channels in implementing its orders.
