Mitchell Strycker, 35, has been crowned America's best beard champion for two years in a row with his impressive 3ft-long facial hair.
The Florida construction superintendent, who started growing his beard in 2017, spends hours on grooming, including regular washing, oiling, and conditioning.
He now travels across the US competing, with his next goal being the World Beard and Mustache Championships in July.
Beyond competition, Strycker highlights the charitable side of bearding, as most events raise funds for local causes.
He also praises the inclusivity of the beard community, with categories for women and children.
