The charter plane carrying Former President Rodrigo Duterte landed in Rotterdam, Netherlands, on Wednesday, March 12.
He is heading to The Hague to appear before the International Criminal Court, where he faces charges of crimes against humanity over the controversial drug war killings during his administration.
