A video of a female employee of an Airtel Gallery in Mumbai refusing to speak in Marathi with a customer has sparked a controversy. Reacting to the viral video, BJP MLC Chitra Wagh said the telecom company must hire Marathi-speaking staff in all its stores in Maharashtra.
