Govt's health economics and finance program launched
Dr. Edwin Mercado, president and CEO of the Philippine Health Insurance Corp. (PhilHealth) shares on March 20, 2025 that the launch of the Philippine Institute for Development Studies' Health Economics and Finance Program will strengthen their goal to reduce the out-of-pocket spending by members through evidence-based research.
