M4: These were the striking scenes as the A432 Badminton Road bridge near Bristol was demolished

After investigations revealed damage to the A432 Badminton Road bridge which cannot be repaired long term or cost effectively, the bridge was demolished last weekend.

The M4 will close again later in the year to start work building the new bridge.
