This video captures several moments from a flight that was anything but peaceful.
"Ryanair plane from Liverpool to Tenerife diverted to Portugal due to a fight!" the filmer, Owain, told WooGlobe. "The fight started when two intoxicated British women made inappropriate comments toward a group of men. A couple retaliated, escalating the situation into a full-blown altercation. As a result, the plane was diverted to Portugal."
The loud ovation from passengers when the disruptive women were removed highlights just how much their behavior had disturbed the flight, even for those not directly involved.
