Prime Minister Stuart Young is promising to ease forex constraints and sees the potential for dry docking services as one means of achieving this.
He replied to concerns raised by Sonja Voisin, President of the Shipping Association of Trinidad and Tobago, on Friday at its Annual General Meeting.
