Morning: Sehri and College Preparation
The day begins in the pre-dawn hours with Sehri, the meal consumed early in the morning before the fast begins. I'll share with you what I typically have for Sehri, offering insights into how I maintain energy levels throughout the day. After Sehri, follow me through my morning routine as I prepare for a day at ASPIRE College, where I work as a Computer Operator. Experience the quiet of the early morning, the commute, and the mindset I adopt to tackle the day's tasks while fasting.
Daytime: Life at ASPIRE College
Upon arriving at ASPIRE College, I'll take you through a day in my professional life. From managing computer systems to assisting faculty and students, witness how I handle various responsibilities while observing the fast. I'll also share strategies I employ to stay focused and maintain productivity during Ramadan, highlighting the support and camaraderie among colleagues who are also fasting. This segment aims to provide a realistic view of balancing work commitments with spiritual practices.
Afternoon: Return Home and Iftar Preparations
After a fulfilling day at college, I return home to prepare for Iftar, the meal that breaks the fast at sunset. Join me in the kitchen as I, along with my family, prepare traditional dishes that are both nutritious and delicious. I'll share some of our favorite recipes, cooking tips, and the significance of certain foods during Ramadan. This part of the vlog emphasizes the communal aspect of Iftar and the joy of coming together with loved ones to break the fast.
Evening: Iftar and Reflection
As the sun sets, experience the moment of Iftar with my family. I'll capture the atmosphere, the gratitude felt, and the sense of accomplishment after a day of fasting.
